About

The operator behind the code.

The path

I started with fundamentals: three years of ACCP Pro at Aptech, then MERN stack mobile development at AXIOM. In October 2016 I joined Bridges Solutions as Lead Web Developer, working remotely from Karachi for a US company. Three years of websites, apps and intranet systems shipped across time zones.

In 2019 I co-founded The Tech IO, a digital studio in Karachi. I have led it since. Not as a manager who used to code. As the architect who still opens the ERD first.

The work now

Whatever the business actually runs on. Booking engines, supply chain and warehouse systems, field routing, CRMs, training platforms, storefronts, point of sale, messaging infrastructure. Shipped for clients in Saudi Arabia, the USA, Japan and Pakistan.

I lead cross functional teams across Laravel, MERN, Flutter, Kotlin and Swift. I own the system design, the ERDs and the review culture. Delivery is a discipline, not a phase.

The operator edge

I also own and run GenzJewellery.com and run growth for client brands: SEO, Google Ads, social. When you operate what you build, the system answers to revenue, not tickets.

AI is a force multiplier in my workflow. It generates, I judge. Human review is the gate, and that gate is the job.

Beyond the code

Up before the city. Training logged like deploys: consistent, tracked, no missed reps. Coffee taken seriously, taken hard. Weekends I shoot with a Sony a6400 and a Tamron 17-70mm, mostly mountains and streets in northern Pakistan. The discipline is the point. It is the same muscle that ships platforms.
